Gas Emergency

Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 immediately if you smell gas or damage a gas pipe. If you are deaf, have hearing loss or are speech impaired, dial 18001 0800 111 999 on your textphone or use the Relay UK app.

Water Emergency

If you've got no water, have an issue with your water quality or need to report a leak, call us on 0800 011 4193. If you’ve got a question about your water bills, call our Billing team on 0333 009 5219.
