You may be eligible for compensation for the time you were without electricity or gas. The compensation payment you will receive is set by our regulator Ofgem. 

If your home had a power cut for more than 12 hours or you’ve been without gas for more than 24 hours, you may be eligible. You can find more details on Ofgem’s website.
