We’re an independent gas network operator, also known as an IGT. We deliver gas to your home through our network of pipes.
As mua Gas Limited, we’re licensed by the energy regulator Ofgem to own and maintain gas distribution networks nationwide.
You pay your energy supplier for the gas you receive from us. You don’t need to contact us if you change your supplier. We’ll always deliver gas to your home safely and reliably, regardless of which gas supplier you choose.

Your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) identifies the gas connection at your home.
If you’re extending or renovating your home, we can help if you need to move your gas pipe or change your meter location.
Priority Services Register
It’s not easy being without your gas supply during a gas supply emergency. For some people, such as those with health conditions, it’s even harder.
Our Priority Services Register helps us provide extra communications to households who may particularly struggle without their gas supply during planned work or in an emergency.
